Based in Frankfurt, ten. takes the co-founder-role and becomes the interim COO within the founder team.

LegalTech

The legal industry is about to dramatically change, with technology enabling task automation. Core legal tasks in litigation cases will soon be fully performed by algorithms and “robolegal” processes.
We are particularly interested in document creation, legal process outsourcing, eDiscovery tools and automated due diligence.

RegTech

After 2008, the annual volume of regulatory publications, changes, and announcements increased by nearly 500%. The potential for tech-based services that provide reactive and automated (efficient) regulatory compliance rises proportionally.
We actively scan opportunities that lean towards AI models that recognize and interpret legislative changes and simulate the impact on current business models. We are looking for the next generation analytics and reporting compliance tool.

Partner & Legal Expert

Marcus is an attorney at law, a supervisory board member and chief compliance officer. He has additional qualifications in banking and capital markets law as well as in employment law. He advises boards of medium to large financial and industrial businesses. Fond of IT he actively embraces the future of the legal profession.
